Since 1899, the MUTTI family has dedicated itself with dedication and pride to the refinement of a single fruit: the tomato. In the heart of the fertile Emilia-Romagna region, not far from Parma, MUTTI has been combining Italian tradition, innovation and uncompromising quality for over a century.
What began as a family business is now an internationally recognized company – with a deeply rooted philosophy: exclusively Italian tomatoes that are processed under the strictest control along the entire value chain. From the careful selection of suitable varieties and the monitoring of the cultivation areas to harvesting, processing and packaging – every stage is carried out with the aim of preserving the tomato in its most exquisite form.

The company was the inventor of tomato puree in a tube and has once again set new standards with the introduction of finely chopped tomatoes. MUTTI was the first company ever to receive the “Produzione integrata certificata” seal for its entire production – a quality mark for sustainable, integrated cultivation.
But MUTTI thinks further: in collaboration with WWF Italy, all production processes are also examined from an ecological perspective – with the aim of continuously analyzing and reducing the CO₂ and water footprint.
With the new pasta sauces and pestos, MUTTI offers more convenience for the modern kitchen. They are based on 100% Italian tomatoes, the highest quality ingredients from the best regions of Italy and are free from additives and added sugar.
